SIIC-M030 is the special pleating machines/production lines for making automobile/car air filters, air condition, oil filters, fuel filters made of pp filter paper, fiberglass filter paper, carbon active filter paper, composite filter paper/media materials.

Features and specs:

-Pleats width: 600mm/800/1100mm, other width can be custom made.

-Pleats depth adjustable range: 8~55mm, other special depth can be custom made.

-Pleats speed: max200 pleats/min (different according to different pleats depth), max 25m/min (different based on different pleats depth)

-Available for pleating multi-layer composite filter media which are up to 8 layers of different filter papers. Professional design resolves the adhesive between layers and avoids the separation of pleated filter paper from the lower layer under the tension condition.
