Product Application

PE laminated fabric has a wide application in different filed, because the surface has the special characteristics of color, smoothness, waterproof and high-temperature resistance to sunlight.

Such as melt glue composite, PE laminated with ultrasonic SMS fabric, or PE+SMS fabric, by composite treatment, two or three layers of fabrics can be combined together, thus, products with new special functions can be produced in this way. These functions are high tensile strength, super hydrophilic, high barrier, high resistance, anti-seepage, etc.

PE Composite Nonwoven Fabric Description

Disposable Hospital Mattress Nursing pad is produced by using melt PE raw material spraying on the surface of pp spunbond fabric uniformly, after cooling and pressing, finally, a new type of composite non woven fabric is formed.

1. Place ready the produced pp spunbond rolls and PE raw material, the PE was heated ,make it keeps melting and flowing state

2. Extrusion the melt PE and coating it on the back fabric uniformity

3. Compression of the two layers of non woven fabric while it is Cooling and make sure both layers can stick together closely. Rolling up the pressed non woven rolls and cut off the edges
