Types Of Non-Woven Fabrics

Non-woven fabrics can be divided into:

1.Spunlaced non-woven fabric: it is to spray high-pressure micro water to one or more layers of fibre nets so that the fibres are entangled with each other so that the fibre nets can be strengthened and have certain strength String 5

2. Heat bonded non-woven fabric: it refers to adding fibre like or powder-like hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to the fibre mesh, and then the fibre mesh is heated, melted and cooled to form a fabric.

3.Pulp airflow into mesh non-woven fabric: also known as dust-free paper, dry papermaking non-woven fabric. It uses the airflow to form a net to loosen the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fibre state, and then uses the airflow method to make the fibre agglutinate on the net forming curtain, and then the fibre net is reinforced into a cloth.

4.Wet non-woven fabric: it is to loosen the fibre raw materials placed in the water medium into a single fibre, mix different fibre raw materials at the same time, and make the fibre suspension slurry. The suspension slurry is delivered to the mesh forming mechanism, and then the fibre is netted in the wet state and then reinforced into a cloth.

5.Spunbond non-woven fabric: after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, and then the net is made into a non-woven fabric through self-adhesive, thermal adhesive, chemical adhesive or mechanical reinforcement methods.

6. Melt blown non-woven fabric: its technological process: polymer feeding - melt extrusion - fibre formation - fibre cooling - mesh formation - reinforcement into the fabric.

7.Needled non-woven fabric: it is a kind of dry non-woven fabric. The needled non-woven fabric uses the puncture effect of the needle to strengthen the fluffy fibre mesh into cloth.

8. Sewing non-woven fabric: it is a kind of dry non-woven fabric. The sewing method uses the warp knitting coil structure to reinforce the fibre net, yarn layer, non-woven material (such as plastic sheet, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) or their combination to make non-woven fabric.
