Non-woven fabric, also known as non-woven fabric, is a new generation of environment-friendly materials. Composed of oriented or random fibers, it is moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light in weight, non-combustion-supporting, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non-irritating, rich in color, low in price, recyclable, etc. It is widely used in many fields.
In recent years, non-woven fabric, as a new type of covering and insulating material, has been used in greenhouse vegetable production and achieved good economic benefits.
Insulation:
The transmissivity of nonwoven fabric to long wave light is lower than that of plastic film. Because the heat dissipation in the night radiation area mainly depends on long wave radiation, the covering and heat preservation effect is outstanding.
Ventilation and humidity control:
Non-woven fabric is made up of filaments laid on top of each other to form a net. It has high porosity and is breathable, permeable and can automatically adjust humidity.
Shading and cooling:
Covering with colored non-woven fabric, it has the function of shading and cooling. Non-woven fabrics of different colors have different shading and cooling effects. In shading effect, black is better than yellow, yellow is better than blue.
Anti-aging:
Agricultural non-woven fabrics receive anti-aging treatment, and the thicker the cloth is, the lower the loss rate of strength is.
It is used at the bottom of the thatch as a "second-layer" thermal insulation material. Many shacks have not only covered the surface of the shed with grass thatch, but also added a layer of non-woven fabric to the bottom of the grass thatch. According to vegetable farmers, by adding "two layers" of thermal insulation materials (non-woven fabrics), the thermal insulation performance of the shed room can be obviously improved, which is 2-3℃ higher than that of simply covering grass thatch, thus being beneficial to vegetable growth. In addition, the application of non-woven fabrics in the shed room where the rolling machine is used can also protect the thatch and prolong its service life.
It is used on the back wall of the greenhouse as a "slope protection" rainproof material. A plurality of non-woven fabrics are sewn together to wrap the whole back wall and are fixed by steel wires, so that heat loss of the back wall can be reduced; it can prevent rain and snow and protect the wall; it can cover the vegetation and weed, reducing the damage of plant diseases and insect pests entering the shed.
